Local Logging for PowerSC RTC

The 2012 release of Real Time Compliance only provided the sending of RTC messages via the sendmail subsystem or SNMP.  The 4Q release of PowerSC should add the ability to also log these messages to a local filesystem on the system the message was generated on.  This will be a welcomed feature for customers that have applications that query local filesystems to alert their technical staff of security issues are other types of technical issues.
